No,its not possible for two blue eyed people to have a brown eyed child.
This is because blue is recessive to brown.
Explanation:If the child has brown eyes, then it means he has atleast one gene for brown eye.Sine the genes are obtained from his parents,it means that atleast either of the parents have the brown gene. The parent who has a brown gene will have brown eyes.

Yes. Having blue eyes means they have the Dominant Blue eyed gene.

But if both parents have a recessive brown eyed gene there is a 1 in 4 chance they could have kids with brown eyes!

they can and do ( the gene for blue eyes is recessive and not always passed on - but they have a greater chance of having a blue eyed child than two people with brown eyes )

No.

Each person inherits a gene from each of his parents.
Brown is dominant over blue so if you inherit one blue-eye gene from one parent and one brown-eye gene from the other, you will have brown eyes. In order for someone to have blue eyes he/she must have two blue-eye genes. Thus, two blue-eyed parents have no brown-eye genes to give to the children.

Absolutely, blue eyes is a recessive gen and brown is a dominant gen. But if all of the ancestors were blue-eyed then it would be practically impossible.

I don't think so. Blue is the recessive gene, so you need two of those for blue eyes; you only have 2 genes for eye color. Therefore, if both parents have blue eyes, then the each have 2 recessive genes. If each passes one gene on to the child, the child will also have 2 recessive genes....

yes they can. brown eyes is typically a dominant trait. and if both parents have brown eyes as recessive in their genes, it can show up and be dominant in a child.

Nope, unless there's a novel mutation, which is extremely unlikely.
