I remember when my parents told me Santa wasn't real. The two most important people I'd never met were Saint Nick and the Messiah. My faith in the latter was seriously damaged by confirmation that the former didn't exist.

Yes I too went thro the same shock when I was very young. I believe that both are just a story that evolve into what it is today.

I am not christian, but I was told there was some man of European origin who gave rise to the story of Santa Claus.. I dont know if he was Sainted by the queen or what..
But whether or n ot you are a christian or no religioun. there was a human man 2000 years ago named Jesus, yes he was here, yes he claimed to be a prophet whether or not you believe that, but he is a real person and was on earth.. Just his claims are subject to being believed or not.. Having said this.. i am muslim and I believe there was a guy named Jesus, and I do believe he was a prophet of God... as do all muslims.. We dont however believe he was devine, or of god nature or Gods son.. Just a very highly respected individual.. and prophet.. (and... he wasnt born Dec 25th either, anyone who knows the middle east and its seasons, knows Jesus couldnt have been born in December)

They are different men, Jesus is the Savior of humanity and Santa, aka, Saint Nick, was a nice guy who may have believed in the Savior, you can't make them one in the same though, neither can you equate Jesus' birth with Christmas, there is history to research regarding that!

They are entirely unrelated. Jesus is the man and santa is a nice story.

they have nothing to do with each other. How have you met your so called "messiah"? Maybe you should begin to form your own ideas about things instead of relying on figures to lead you.

there is historical evidence agreed vastly upon by historians for christ's existence. the only question is do you believe he made the claims and did the things the bible says he did....
