like many other people on here, i will never go back to traditional foundations again. i think bare minerals actually works BETTER on oily skin than on dry skin. i love this stuff so much i could be a spokeperson for it! try it and then you'll see.

I've tried Bare Minerals and Sheer Cover. I liked Bare Mineral better I broke out with Sheer Cover. I have a lot of red tones in my skin and tend to be a little on the oily side. The only thing I didn't like about it was leaving my face on my husbands shirt or rubbing up against someone while giving a hug, not cool!

I love Bare Minerals! It works very well with my skin, which is combination with a tendency towards sensitive. It doesn't cause me to break out or clog my pores (and i've even slept with it on a few times...which is not ideal i realize but a great test of this product), plus it has tremendous staying power.

For oily skin i would recommend using products with salicydic acid and/or retinol, and don't forget to moisturize with an oil-free lotion. If you try to dry your skin out too much by overwashing (more than 2x a day) or not moisturizing it properly it will overcompensate by producing even more oil.

Bare Minerals is awesome. I use it every day now. my skin is so oily that wet foundations would just rub off after a little while but bare minerals stays on and looks more natural than all of the other foundations I have used. not to mention that its soooo much faster to apply! I love it!!!

I've tried bare minerals and I really like the line. I have a little bit of rosacea and it covers it without irritating my skin. If you buy from Sephora you can get a starter kit for a very reasonable price.

I use it currently and it's GREAT for oily skin. I use Oil of Olay products for oily skin, they work well.

its good, but depending on your skin your skin can have allergic reactions to some of the ingredients. the product has been known for certain skin types to be allergic to it. try it for a couple weeks and if it doesnt work take it back.

I use Bare Naturals from Loreal Paris... Just as good but it's like 12 bucks @ Wal-Mart.

it works fantastically!! I would highly reccomend it. I would not use the other types of make up because they put artificial oils and particals in it, and it eats your skin, and causes skin damage and pores!
