I like it when things matter to me. It reminds me of what is actually worth holding on to. It's like when nothing matters, you have no obligations or ties ot anything. Although this may be kinda liberating, it's also really sad. I really feel that the times when i knew what mattered to me, the things that REALLY mattered, things were just so much easier. I knew what was worthy of my attention and what wasn't...

I once did. And at times, I try to hold onto things I can no longer have and people who are gone forever.

So I try to cherish every moment in the present, for it will soon become the past. Chances are, I will long for it at some point, but it will never return.

Oh yeah, i done that for years then one day i "woke up" and realised that i'm older now and that i must enjoy "today" because there is no promise of tomorrow and we can never recall those days when nothing mattered.
