I am in the US and I ordered two lotions how long does it take to get here? where does it say?

Well, it ships from Kansas so it depends on how far away you are. Also, don't forget that this is Christmas so every delivery system there is will be maxed out.
There is a site that you can go to on Amazon so you can track your order. It will tell you if, and when, it was shipped. Also it should tell you when to expect delivery. If it's been shipped already and it's been long enough for it to arrive at your house, then ask them to put a trace on it. The Post Office should be able to tell where it is or if it's been lost.

you can click on "your account" at the top of Amazon's home page, then "track packages" and it prompts you to sign in. Then it lists your orders and tells you when they shipped or will ship, and how long it will take to arrive.

It usually gets there within the week however, if they are out of stock it can take months...I'm still waiting for my book I ordered two months ago

amazon.com has it's own products and ships out promptly..good service.....but amazon also has personal venders...(look for "availability" in the listing to tell)...then it's up to the vender to ship the item to you......i have heard good and bad............i've never had any problems....during the holidays shipping might take longer...hope this helps..
