i'm like you....i have learned the best way is to have compassion for the wrongdoers.....you will feel good inside if you can do that......especially easy if you were all just kids......i got picked on alot because i was so introverted....one of my lessons in life was to stand up for myself.....forgive them and ALSO yourself.........i'm not religous.....just learned from experience how to make my life nicer..

i know what you mean. i have the exact same problem. i keep grudges forever. i still have this one against this girl from five years ago, when she tried to steal my friend. now, im older and wise, and realize that she probably didnt TRY, but she still did, and i still cant let it go.

i suggest, since you're keeping your emotions all bottled up, that you be alone and just scream your head off. its what i do. it helps me forgive myself when i do something stupid, too!

if you're not into screaming, i'd suggest you talk to your cousins, no matter how painful it might be. getting it out in the open will definitely help.

I think it would be better for you to remove this from your system. It is a very self-consuming activity. If you still don't get a good response from them, just leave it alone. Remember, you cannot please everyone and there are things that are beyond one's control. Just try to forget about it if you can. You can try yoga or do self-meditation to control anger. Remove hate from your system. It causes a lot of stress which can have bad effects on one's health. Do something that you always love doing and that would take your mind off this issue. It's not worth your time, ok? Just pray.

Well you have to talk them out, nothing gets resolved unless it is out in the open and another person knows what they did and can rectify the situation. Start doing it, make it a resolution, and you will be a lot healthier, physically and mentally!

If no one's listening, write it on a sheet of paper or scream it out loud. Was what your cousins did absolutely unforgiveable? Or were you just mad at the time because you were young and it seemed unforgiveable?

When you were searching for answers, I think you found them within yourself. You should talk about what is eating you up, if you bottle things up, your feelings will only turn more sour.
