Does anyone know of any promotional cingular codes to waive the activation fee or get free text messaging for a few months or any cool promotions?

nope...just pay for them like everyone else

well it depends, if you are a new customer the activation fee can be waived and they have one month promos where the medianet is unlimited, but its only for one month, that is all I can confirm at this time
