Just a hint: There's a lot more to the story than what you see when you click on the link. Near the top, under the story title, you'll see something that says, "Document 28 out of 29 by Mandy E. Burnham." Click on the name and it'll take you to more.

I read it, and I'm not impressed. From the first paragraph, where it says, "He’d been trailing the man for six days now, but somehow he’d been able to keep ahead." OK sure, he's trailing someone but has kept ahead? Then he immerses himself in his feline instincts, but rambles through a whole list of emotions? Hellish torture, loathing? tears? Those aren't feline instincts at all. I'm not sure what your question is, but from a writing perspective, frankly, I don't think it's very good.
EDIT Addition: but then again, it makes a whole lot more sense than the idiot who answered this question first.
