How long does it typically take to go into labor after having your membranes stripped (if it's going to work)?

I answered this ? by a different woman a week ago. I had mine done twice and still didn't go into labor for another week...
I was also 100% effaced and 3 cm dilated for two weeks. When Baby's ready, Baby's ready, and nothing's going to change that...

OBs usually say no longer than 24 hours if it worksd usually within 12 hours! Good Luck
