A sound card is a piece of hardware. You can't delete it. I think you're referring to the driver for the sound card, which is the piece of software that tells the computer how to work with the card. You should be able to either google the name of the program, or the model of your sound card, and you should find it.
Edit: try http://forms.analog.com/Form_Pages/soundMAX/soundMAXtechSupport.html
Click on your computer's manufacturer, and do a search for the model number of your computer.
I hope this helps!

you can't delete a sound card (as it's basically an electronic circuit), only the piece of software (called a "driver") that makes it work......... if you restart Windows, on start up it should pop-up a window that says "detecting new hardware" and bring up a wizard to help you install it........ if you're lucky, it'll be one of many the installation of Windows on your PC has stashed away.......... otherwise you'll need either the manufacturer's "rescue disk" (for re-installing windows), the disk for the motherboard, or the disk for the soundcard if it was an aftermarket add-on.
You could also try doing a "System Restore" if running Microsoft Windows ME or Windows XP................. by going to:
START > Run > "MsConfig" (needs typing in without the quotation marks), clicking "OK", then clicking on the "Launch System Restore" button. Use this to roll your computer's settings back to a point before you screwed it up.

oh no!
one time i decided to re-install the creative mediasource software on my computer. it wouldn't update, so i had to uninstall it all first. so i went into the control panel. i saw two things titled with creative on it. i was a bit confused, but uninstalled them both, then reinstalled the software. then, for some odd reason, the sound wasn't working.
i had uninstalled the creative audigy sound card driver also. oopsy dasies! it came bundled with the system, so there was no disc. after a restart, it asked if i wanted to undo this change, and of course i said yes; i was so glad it came back and worked again.
if that doesn't happen with you, i don't know what to say. contact the company or something; they may be able to help. if they can't, who can?
