I will soon have a degree in both video production and graphic design. I plan on relocating soon after college. Which city has the best job market/industry for my fields: Tampa or Jacksonville?

Anyone telling you to go to Jacksonville obviously don't live there and have never been to Tampa Bay. If you look up stats on the Internet, Jax may look bigger; but Tampa is only a small part of the Tampa Bay area and Jax has nothing to compare to the number of job opportunities and things to do in Tampa Bay. Also, Jacksonville gets hit by every storm on the east coast, while Tampa has never had a direct hit from a hurricane.

Also, if you get really good Orlando is only 50 miles from Tampa and the Big Mouse is always hiring.

It's a no brainer, Tampa wins 1,000 to 1.

Tampa, I lived there and I have a friend in Jacksonville and believe me Tampa will offer you more. I miss it now that you asked the question. It's diverse, you have st pete on one side orlando on another and tampa right there. job wise it's more open and has alot of it.
