I'm new to the mortgage and sales biz. I'm with a major lender company and I started as an Account Executive 2 wks ago and Tuesday I will start making calls. I need to know what I can do to be successful on this job, I mean, I need some really in depth advice. I'm not doing any cold-calling just warm-calling. I have potential to make alot of $$$ and I don't want to screw this up. Anyone w/ experience let me know what I can do to enhance my performance...Websites are good, too.
