Place a small cloth with ice-cubes in it over the gum. Wait a while, and when the gum is as cold as you can get it, then try lifting the gum. You may have to do this a few times, but it generally works.

Depends on how big the area where the gum is, but you could try ice. Put the ice on the area where the gum is until the gum is hard and then see how much will come up. I always use Dawn Dishwashing liquid and got up the rest, but you had better pretest your rug and make sure the dawn will not fade it.

put ice cubes on it till it is frozen,and the gum should come right off

Hi, Put ice on it. The ice freezes it and makes it brittle. You can then pick it off. It has always worked for me, hope it does for you. Good Luck!

take an ice cube and hold it on there for a few min.It should come right up .good luck
