fart is hot (body temperature). So when it is exposed to cold air, the fart will condense into mist
it is the same reason y breathing hot air out give a mist

I'm going to assume that there is no moisture comming out of our butts when we fart...so there shouldn't be any mist...

if mist comes out of your mouth when you breath in the winter time, obviously it will come out of your butt. You just can't see it because you have clothes covering your butt up, but you don't cover your mouth up.

If it's a huge fart, and it's extremely cold... maybe.

i would say yes, because certainly there is some moisture content in a fart (along with methane or whatever else).

You know, that is one question I never thought to ponder. Now that I think of it, yes, a fine vapor would emit from our posteriors if we weren't covering it with layers upon layers of clothes, lmao
