1. We should have the ability to focus our eyes without needing glasses.
2. The appendix should not be the way it is. It should be redesigned to decrease the possibility of inflammation, or eliminated entirely.
3. The testicles are very important, so why are they dangling about in such a vulnerable manner? Dolphins and whales don't have this problem. Why should we?
4. The birth canal is too small for the heads of infants. You're not going to like the redesign. Think about kangaroos -- the joey is born really small, and climbs toward a pouch where it finishes gestating externally, sort of.
5. Why are some people prone to ingrown hairs? Fix it!
6. Why do some people have chronic acne? Fix it!
7. Get rid of the allele for sickle cell anemia. There are a few other genetically caused disorders we could stand to lose while we're at it.

(a) eyes at the back of our head to see what's behind us as well.
(b) wings. You can simply fly to go from place to place. You don't need cars, trains, airplanes for transportation. No traffic jams and pollution.
(c) both male and female sex organs at the same time, so you don't need to get married to have kids.
(d) suction cups on our hands and feet, so we can easily climb through walls and buildings just like the lizards do.
(e) have the strength just like the ants which can carry stuff many times their own weight.
