if you have itunes open both itunes and limewire then click on the explore button in limewire. It will open up a window that has all the songs you downloaded and from there you can just drag and drop into itunes. This might work with other music players i'm not sure. And you can also visit the limewire site it has a help forum on it if that doesn't work.

Plug in your MP3 player to the USB port. A window should come up that asks what you want to do with your MP3 player. Click open Mp3 folder. Once it is opened open your folder with all your music in it. Then just simply click and drag the songs you want on your MP3 player from your music folder.
