We have season tickets. IT is a great park to go to to get on the rides with no lines. It doesn't have the huge thrilling rides of some of the other parks, but for tweens and younger you can't beat it. Or like me, if you don't like th huge roller coasters, but love the other rides, it's great. It also has a water park that has a bunch of fun rides, again with no waits or very little. It is a found gem in the state. There are also gardens and shows to see. It is a wonderful place to take the family to ENJOY the day together, not get exhausted and frustrated and overwhelmed like you can at the bigger parks. Definatley worth checking out. Take a look at the website for everything they offer

I hear from my sister in Florida that Cypress Gardens was almost completely extinct when some new owners revamped it and now it is starting to get up there with rides and shows like the newer parks. She said they were there last year and was lucky to see a Concert can't remember who, but was a 50"s heartthrob. I did love the old one with the gardens, which I guess are still there in small ways.

Yes, it was well known several years ago, but with the influx of hi-tech vacation destination CG lost customers and closed a few years ago. I recall visiting as a kid. They used to do a water show, had lots of skiers doing different things. They did one with a pyramid several people high. Of course they had jumps, etc. Was primarily for flora and stuff as I recall. Do you have a specific question about it?
