Remember, these are younger kids... 2nd graders and younger. Also, the neighbor boy with the chicken pox isn't going to feel like tearing all over.. he has a fever and is sick. Think quiet games around the table.
Make things with Sculpie clay or Play-doh, coloring books, Legos. Have little contests with prizes of M & M's (chicken pox shaped). Make chocolate chip cookies 'cause the chips look like dots. Warm cookies and milk... yum!
Also remember that it doesn't take much to spread chicken pox. It's very contagious, and the boy's sneezing and touching will do the trick.
If there are any adults present who have NOT had the chicken pox, they should stay well away from the kids. When adults have chicken pox, it's a lot more serious and can be life threatening. Any immune-system compromised person present should not be near the kids either. When the chicken pox virus resurfaces in an immune-system compromised person, that's called "shingles", and is VERY itchy, sore, feverish, and can be life threatening too.

hand games that they probably already know
like miss mary mack and stuff like that
also maybe a congo line?
or a type of pass the ball game where they all have to say something and pass around the ball so they are all touching the same object
also have them close together and have a huddle.or play twister
the basic thumb/arm wrestling always can work good too
good luck!

Twister. I think Chicken Pox is obtained through contact. They could also give each other hugs or something. Just trying to give you ideas.

Scab picking is the favorite but you could also give them feathers to tickle each other so the pox would itch more, then more picking. Encourage them to use the feather to gag themselves and cough. It's cold season and you could get a really good germ exchange this way. Be sure they eat and drink after each other!

How about a mud fight? They can get roly poly with each other and rub mud on each others face. I'm sure they will be itching their bums by the end of that.
