We all have mental models that we use in our interactions with both people and machines (e.g. if I don't buy Tina a Christmas present she won't talk to me for a month), and most of us keep some kind of tally in our relationships, both to gauge their strength and to feed into our models at each interaction. These models are mostly unconscious and difficult to articulate. To my knowledge no one's tried to build all of these into one big model, but there are certainly simulations of different aspects out there, which are used in fields like computer games, artificial intelligence, ecology, marketing, and economics.
Multi-Agent Models try to predict population behaviour based on the decisions of individuals who differ in their internal models. There is also the branch of mathematics called Game Theory, which helps to explain why international problems like global warming are difficult to solve.

There is a thing called Conway's Game of Life. Essentially, through a small number of rules that could be programmed into a computer, interesting patterns and "lifeforms" emerge. While this is not biological life (yet anyway), it is a mathematical model that one could relate to life.

Thats what some scientists are trying to determine. Some believe that there is one equation or formula that represents everything in life. The most recent theory deals with string theory.

Actually... not yet. That seems to be a really dumb question, but if string theory is what its enthusiasts hope it is, then eventually there will be.
Or if you look specifically at Earthly life, than should one person have a complete understanding of DNA and the entire Genome, than he would probably be able to provide a wholly logic driven description of our lives.

We know that women like two things, your time and your money, therefore...
women = time x money
Now time equals money, so
women = money x money
Money is the root of all evil, so
money = square root of evil
By squaring both sides of the equation,
money squared = evil
Now go back to the equation
women = money x money
See where I'm headed?
women = money squared = evil
A problem with this "proof" occurred to me immediately: Since evil is negative, the square root of evil must be imaginary, which would mean that money is imaginary, and therefore, by definition, so is time.
Then I realized that, in my life at least, that's pretty much true.

yes, Life=??? The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry, thank you Robert Burns. too bad life doesn't fit any models, I'd like organized things such as that. let me know if you find one! :)
