I'm a guy living in Florida, and I really like these boots because of their ruggedness and stuff. But most of the people who wear these boots in Florida are rednecks. What can I wear with these boots in college to prevent looking like a redneck?

The simplest solution is to have a copy of Newsweek or Time in your back pocket folded appropriately so that the name of the magazine shows. The benefit is that the the Rednecks will think you as of one of them. And your own kind, will think that you are wearing those boots just for the fashion and definitely not a Redneck :)

Or better yet, Wear a clean shirt, and spray some cologne.

Sorry dude but I live in Texas where we wear alot of boots and the only thing that really looks good with boots is a nice blue pair of jeans and a nice starched shirt. Wear a solid color shirt....Red Necks don't wear those kind of boots....goodluck

Seems to me that Florida weather may be too hot for anyone to wear boots, BUT,... If you are already worried about what others are going to think about you, you won't be able to concentrate on your schooling and you are sure to bomb in school.

Besides, redneck's don't wear any shoes.

I wouldn't say those look like 'redneck' boots to me. Wear them w/a pair of Carhartt pants or pair of Levi's. DO NOT wear them w/a pair of Wrangler's or with any type of flannel plaid shirt. Absolutely DO NOT wear a cowboy hat or even a baseball hat.

For the ultimate attire to not look like a redneck w/those boots on...... how 'bout a dress?? ;)

How about a BLACK (pressed) dress slack that will off-set the "rugged" appearance of the boot style?
Color-balancing the "black-slack" look with a red dress shirt will give you an appearance of in-vogue fasion.
Try to draw the attention AWAY from the boots.

Nice, crisp dark blue jeans. No flannel or plaid shirts. You may want to try a hairstyle that's longer in the front than in the back, so nobody will think you have a mullet.

Jeans rolled up and cuffed, and nice sky blue Ralph Lauren Polo shirt (tucked in, rednecks do not tuck in), and a matching brown belt with a rainbow colored belt buckle.
