No, but if you are looking for inexpensive items to furnish your home check out the many local thrift stores and/or wait for trash day...SERIOUSLY....people throw away some very "useable" things when they are leaving, so keep your eyes open.

As someone who has lived in housing on Ft Bragg, the answer is no. They do not come furnished.
