I think spiderman will win with his miraculous spider's sense and power. Batman will be tricked and beaten badly by spider if he lose track or run of weapons.

I vote for Spider-Man to win. Batman is a fighter that looks for weaknesses and exploits them with his flawless tactics and planning, but in order to do so, he needs to surprise the opponent. Spider-Man has the Spider Sense, which can warn him of traps, and the agility to dodge them. I think Spider-Man would come too fast for Batman to react and plan counterattacks.

A tough decision because both are thinking man fighters. I love Spidey but I'll give the edge to Bats because while Spidey relies on his smarts and strength, Batman nows how to hurt people in so many different ways because he's and expert in many forms of martial arts.
