It totally depends on your actual country of citizenship. A US green card means nothing out of the US (just lets you in the US easier!). I think I saw that you were a Jordan national. If that's the case then YES you need a visa. See the link below for more info.

Yes you do need a visa. A green card means
nothing outside the U.S. The entry without a visa
from the U.S. is only for U.S. citizens.
