I agree with everyone who says to go for it. It's always good to be educated in as many fields as possible until I guess you find your niche. Plus, to have the knowledge of law in your back pocket is a plus!!! Have a great holiday !!!

heck yes. By all means go for it. If you ask me, you will look mature and will have no problem convincing me that you know what you are doing vs some 22 year old hot shot who just graduated from school.
As for geographical market, what do you mean? Isnt anywhere good enough?
What about Texas New York? Seattle? Washington DC? Or demographical market. That might make more sense to do more research for.
Too many corporate lawyers nowadays, but thats where the money is. Decisions decisions....

Can you afford to do this? I'm all for upping your education level, but you are quite educated as it is. Do you dislike what you are doing?
If you can afford to do it, then go for it. I know several attorneys that make less than CPAs.
And as for geographic areas, there are so many attorneys out there, I'd say it would be good to go to a really good school and go to an area with a very difficult bar like California or New York.

you're an experienced CPA, with a Masters in Tax and you're trying to keep yourself marketable?? you may have left the corporate scene, but these credentials don't fade away.
but if you must, (like everyone else said) go for it. at this point, your other option seems to be a PhD in Accounting!
as for geographical area, i suggest staying local since this may not necessarily lead to a whole new career for you.

Do it, we have too many lawyers, but not enough who know finances. When you decide which area of law you want, that will determine where you will be most marketable.
If you do really well, don't worry, the companies will look for you. My brother completed Law at age 43 and did extremely well.
Good luck

The divorce fee is so intense because of the fact maximum folk dont be attentive to what marriage is. Marriage isn't a chew of paper, its a vow to God to be with the different guy or woman via thick and skinny, for something of their lives. Its what God needs for us this is why we get married.

Why not? People older than you have gone back to high school just to finish what they started. Go for it.
