Let me state a fact of life to you. We come to this earth ALONE and we leave this earth ALONE. so, quit the fantasy of being amongst cheerleaders all the time. However, human is a social animal and it can't live in a solitary confinement, otherwise you wont' be living in a city. Just respect and help your neighbors, talk to them anything normal and always respect their beliefs without necessarily agreeing with them all. Just be democratic and diplomatic about your life and don't be sad being alone, because everyone else is alone in this world. Those who think they are not, are doing nothing except deceiving themselves as they will find it out in a later stage of their life.

There is no reason to feel lonely. Many people have heart problems.

We all have a life to live and you may shorten yours by introspection if you wish.

My advice is to live every day as it comes and not worry about heart problems.

My husband has had many heart problems for years and is still living life to the full. He is 74.

Have you thought about grief recovery? It sounds to me like you have some grief issues about yoru health and your loneliness. Sadly, how we learn to deal with stuff iin our youth is counterproductive to feeling better. There are better ways. Check out www.grief-recovery.com.

You have choices. Do you have kids? Do you have friends? Do you have hobbies? What do you care about? Who cares about you? Don't lie to them and tell them the "you are fine!" Start being honest with yourself and with them.

There are ways to make your life better...but it has to come from within you. There is no one and nothing outside of yourself that can make you feel better in the long term.

58 is still young. Allow yourself to live.
