Batman would win this fight. It could go on for quite some time, since each fighter bases his attacks on planning and reacting, but Batman is better at applying his skills to battle - especially a one-on-one. If Lex brings his robot suit to the fight, Batman would bring the one he used to fight Superman. If they don't use the suits, Batman is in better physical shape and has better combat training than Lex. In addition to his combat prowess, he is known for preparing counterattacks and contigency plans on a level bordering obsession. He would always have an answer to Lex's plans.

Batman would win. He would fool Lex Luthor, saying: Look, a UFO! Lex would be tricked and Batman punches him in the face and Lex is knocked out and Batman leaves Lex Luthor's mansion.

Dr. Doom and Lex Luthor would dominate the other 2 teams. Dr. Doom carved out a country for himself and has taken down GODS and supreme beings. Lex Luthor became president and as a normal human he's managed to be a thorn in Superman's side. Doom's armor alone is formidible in battle and could most likely handle the other 2 teams without much trouble. That's not how he fights though. He'd skulk in the shadows and pull the puppet strings, making the other 2 teams fight. Between himself and Lex, they have enough resources and intelligence to get both groups trapped in a battle ground of their choosing. Once 1 team was defeated (most like Joker/Cap) Doom would unleash his Doombots to take care of Bats and Deadpool. He might even just buy off DP. The only weakness this team has is that they would most likely betray the other one for personal gain.

Lex Luthor, because he is unusually smart, and is always a few steps ahead, except when it comes to superman. He could always bring a flashlight if bats wants to hide in the Dark. But I like batman more than Lex, but i'm trying to be realistic.

Bruce versus Lex in a corporate war, I would go with Lex, he's more sneaky.
But Batman could always fight Lex in the criminal activities.
