Becuase its not even dancing its just dry humping....not that i have anything against dry humping. But adults don't want to think of their kids a sexually active ....same as kids don't want to think that of their rents. Its a generation difference thing.

I am a teen and I have no problem with grinding, I grind all the time.
I think that parents don't like it because it is a sexual dance. It has a girl rubbing her *** all over a guys dick, what's not sexual about that. It also has a sexual effect, sometimes a guy will get an erection.
However I disagree with these points, a lot of other dance forms have guys and girls getting close to each other and there is no sexual contact between the guy and the girl. I think that there is no intent to imulate sex either, its just a fun way to dance and it feels good. As far as guys getting erections go, I think that teen guys will be teen guys and get erections from just about anything

To the question do I agree or disagree - I guess I go like "whateva" because I'm in between the generations of parents and high school. It doesn't appeal to me, but it doesn't freak me out either.
It is interesting to notice how next generation comes up with something dirtier than the previous. (Yeah, I do think that grinding is somewhat on a dirty side... it's not for children) Waltz was considered too dirty at the beginning of the 20th century, then came swing and twist, then disco (you can do it dirty believe it or not), then lambada, now grinding... I wonder what will be next. I just have difficulties imagining what it might be. Now Waltz considered to be the symbol of romance. I will be LMAO if I live long enough to see grinding being considered romantic. Who knows what the year 2080 will bring us :-)

Because parents are use to the old school disco dancing... they haven't seen the new age grinding that teens do nowadays... I bet in their time the disco was considered a sexual dance from their parents point-of-view... Things change and people have a hard time grasping the change... When teens now become adults I bet the new dance move for their kids will be oral sex, who knows

Because to them it looks like they will have sex any mintute also to you it may seem like fun. But you never know when you could just grind your way to a baby. Also, i never agreed with the way kids dance today its all looks like sexs to me. (and i'm not perverted). in adult time (and no i am not a full adult i can't even drink yet) the dances they performed were not done to loud music and grindding. It was more down to earth and less sexy looking. Also, the stuff on t.v has changed! now a days all you see is sexy stuff and movies that have nothing but violence and sex in them! It drives me nuts. Also, don't waste your childhood, young people want to be older (be able to go to a club. dance have fun) but really you should enjoy not doing that, enjoy the simple things like reading a book under the sun or going to the pool with your freinds.
anyways i could go on and on but talk to oyur parents and see wh ythey don't like it.

Personally I think it's a stupid way to "dance". Any current way of "dancing" isn't really dancing because nobody knows how to dance anymore. Yeah I'm pretty sure I used that word too much. Either way it just proves to parents that kid's are growing up too fast because it is like 13 year olds doing this...this way parents crack down early on, creates rebellion, which in turn makes them miserable. I hate the new generation nothing personal but you guys are raised on TV and desensitized to anything. Nobody likes nice cars nobody likes good music.
Take 'em out back...

i'm 22, so i replaced right into a teenager previous due 90s to early 00s, so of course i don't understand what being a teenager replaced into like 50 years in the past. possibly it quite is a grass is often greener style element, yet i think of it replaced into possibly greater handy 50 years in the past. useful, we've texting, internet, and cellular telephones at present, yet i think of it relatively is likewise what's hindered us. childrens of any era may be merciless, yet i've got faith it quite is greater handy to intend in case you're no longer doing it head to head or over the telephone. young people can set up merciless MySpace pages mocking somebody or deliver nameless IMs. i understand which you likely weren't finding precisely for cruelty, yet I even have considered it grow to be greater of a undertaking.

Adults disagree with it because it simulates sexual activity and brings that kind of activity closer to reality. It is difficult for adults to see people do this who they see to be as unable to handle or perhaps even understand/accept the consequences of their behavior. I would say that for some teens this is true-they neither understand nor accept the repercussions of their behavior. For this group the attitude of "its fun" can be just that because they do not comprehend the result of their actions. Some teens absolutely understand what they are doing and its consequence--some again can handle this and understand that they are doing this just for fun. Some are doing it because it is a safe way to be sexual--lots of the fun but the lack of a risk or responsibility. Parents and teens need to communicate with one another to make sure that everyone is where they need to be. I don't think just saying its bad or its good is right.

Why do parents disagree with it? Because that's basically the same dances they'd see at the local strip bar, only the girls are using their boyfriends instead of poles.
Look, there is something called "decorum". You don't wear a 2-piece bikini to a wedding, you don't wear bowling shoes to the prom, and you don't put on a sexual exhibition at a teen dance at someone's house, ESPECIALLY if you know they don't like it!!!

It's a vile act of self-disregard;
it's a vile act of altogether forgetting of the Lord.
It's gross,
it errs on the side of modern day Sodom and Gomorrha.
Glad to hear there are actually parents out there who would set all that grinding right out tha door........c-ya!
