x in boxes cant view certain things

Some sites require you to accept their cookie in order for you to view and/or copy images. I have "Privacy" (in Tools, Internet Options) set to Medium.
I have found that although I was able to download and save some information along with images, that when I returned to open at a later date, all images were replaced with red Xs. No biggee. I do not intend to decrease my security. I will live with it.
