Yesterday, or the day before yesterday, I was eating some fruit and lately after I eat the fruit, I remove the seed(s) from the middle;cuase I plan to do something with them. Well my right pointer finger has gotten sore;sore enough to seriously aggitate my finger;bu not sore enough(at least I dont think) to go to the doctor or hospital, or anything like that.
What if anything do I do to help the soreness go down and go away. It's actually my pointer finger and my thumb;but the thumb is not as bad as the finger. It's sore underneath the nails mainly not just the outside.

Any ideas or suggestions?Anything that helps is welcome.Thanx!

Here's what will help. Get a big mixing bowl. Put hot water in it, as hot as you can stand. Then add a squirt of dish soap. Then soak your hand in it for 30 minutes. That should alleviate the problem.

It will probably go away soon enough as long as you stop doing the thing you have been doing to make it sore. Use a spoon or some kind of utensil to remove the fruit seeds
