I guess you mean RNA (not RHA)? mRNA occurs in triplets: 3 bases that code for a protein (peptide). The tRNA that matches has the opposite sequence.

Here are how they match up:

mRNA/ tRNA

adenine / uracil
cytosine / guanine
guanine/ cytosine
uracil / adenine
