Sorta, but not really. First of all, "period blood" comes out specifically from the vagina, coming from the uterus and the uteral lining. Urine, on the other hand, comes out of the female bladder and through the urethra, which is near the opening of the vagina.

no. pee or urine comes out a tiny opening called the urethra. period blood comes out of your vaginal canal opening. they are pretty close to one another, so that it may appear to be the same, but it's not.
