My husband has bouts of symptoms where he feels really sore and worn out. We think he may have diabetes but we haven't gone to the doctor yet because first we wanted to wait until after Christmas is over with and I wanted to ask you all your opinion.
We think it could be because he eats ALOT of sugar. My husband loves sugar, ice cream and candy and will eat a ton of it. Then approx 1-2 times a month he gets "Sick" where he feels worn out and says his muscles feel sore. He isn't working out or doing anything to make him sore or worn out. Could this be a sign of him having diabetes? Should we see a doctor and start with a regular physical or what?

My husband is 36 works out alot (running) is 5'9 and weighs just 160lbs. He had admitted to having the following symptoms: Increased Fatigue and/or feeling "sick" with sore muscles & worn out feeling, frequent urination, excessive thirst for water, maybe blurry vision sometimes, DIARRHEA, bruises that won't heal, drained and run down feeling like he just worked out but really he hasn't done anything except maybe eat too many sweets! And he does eat alot more than most people do. (The symptoms only occur about once or twice a month and varies for how long they occur. Usually he stops eating/craving sweets during that time so he eventually 3-4 days later starts back to feeling normal. Also, he doesn't get ALL of the symptoms listed at the same time, only a few together.)

Well it certainly seems like it could be Type 2 diabetes, but I wouldn't really say for sure either way. He could be mildly anemic, and it could just crop up on him every once in a while.

One thing is for sure though, eating too much artifical sugar will definately catch upto him if it hasn't done so already, and there will be medical complications. It's not an opinion, it's not something that depends on the person, it's simply what happens to the human body over time and age.

It's good that he is active, definately, but at the very least, probably best to avoid the sweets a little until you do get into a doctor. I know that TOTALLY sucks with Christmas and all, and I know that is almost definately not going to happen, but I would just try to stuff him full of ham and what not before he gets his hands on candy :)

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Yes it sounds to me like he has diabetes.
My ex partner(my daughters father) has juvenille diabetes and can do nothing about it..he gets those symptoms when he is sick.

It annoys me when i read about people that clearly are living a lifestyle that is bad for them. He could so easliy rectify this problem if he does have diabetes as he would have type 2 - which is easily managed by making good lifestyle choices.

Diabetes is serious. My step-moms ex husband died at 40, lost his sight and had his leg amputated. My ex will live in the knowledge that he will die before his loved ones.

You guys are acting irresponsibly, his diet is horrible, he is getting no exercise...you should get him checked out asap and cancel all of the unhealthy lifestyle options that will be available over christmas. Dont wait till after christmas. switch to diet products.

My ex doesn;t have a choice, you do.
Do something about it.

My dad had "pre-diabetes" and had some of those same symptoms so maybe your husband has time to stop it. What my father did was lay off the sweets and work out. He lost alot of weight and is no longer in danger of diabetes. Im so proud of him. With encouragment and a few pushes along the way, your husband can possibly do the same. Best of luck. :]

If he is urinating frequently and has been really tired, you should go and have him checked out. Also numbness should be watched out for but I'm not sure its a symptom.

does your husband's ancestors have diabetes? his mom?dad? grandparents? well, if yes, then, most probably he has. if no, it could be something else.
have your husband urinate in the backyard and check an hour after if it attracted some ants. if you see ants, i guarantee you he got diabetes. if no ants, there probably isnt diabetes.
