At what age does a women go into menopause, and does it make her sex drive go away? Wife is 43, and its not at all like it used to be. I still am very sexual, and need it frequently. Anything i can do?

Sex drive is often a function of psychology. Consider going to marriage counseling with your wife.

There is no "set"age but late 40's - early 50's is about average - pre-menopause can cause all kinds of issues BEFORE actually getting full force into menopause. Sex drive comes and goes (no pun intended) with emotions - be patient, take good care of your wife and be there for her will be a good start and don't put your needs first! You don't need it frequently - you just want it. Start thinking about your wife and what she needs.

i agree with ""Zena"" at this stage she is going through all kinds of physical and emotional changes and really need you by her side. You be patient and be loving to her i would say make love to her don't just need that thing as you said it. And remember men also reach the age of menopause.
