Bees don't make pollen they collect it from flowers. Do the bees do anything to the pollen to make it the miracle everyone says it is or are you just eating flower pollen?
I'm currently taking bee pollen and propolis capsules to help my immune system. Are capsules less effective than other methods?
How long do you have to eat honey from your area before you experience relief from allergies? Shots take quite awhile.

From my own experience I can tell you that pollen will have a very beneficial effect on your NERVOUS SYSTEM. It contains a lot of vitamins not found elsewhere. And it is natural. It is obvious that if your nervous system works fine then your whole body will be in good shape. It is specially recommended for people feeling down or depressed.
I opened a propolis capsule once and found a small amount of bee propolis inside. So what I do is get some propolis directly from my own hives and take small amounts. If you know a beekeeper in your area he will gladly give you propolis.
You can do one more thing to get rid of your allergies. Drink Chinese Green Tea regularly and you will never have to worry about colds and/or allergies after a short while.

I use bee pollen: I don't mind the taste of it, so I can even eat it straight. You can put about one teaspoon (5ml) into a tablespoon (15 ml) of honey and swallow it. Or mix it into orange juice or a smoothie: just watch out because sometimes it sinks to the bottom of a drink, so stir just before drinking. Bee pollen is the pollen the bees collect from flowers, etc. Propolis is a different substance, made by the bees.

There are pots of Propolis that benefit the skin and I think you have to have honey from your area for a year before you experience relief from allergies.

get the kind that u dont have to put in the ice box cause bees don't have too eather name was beaveable! and no u don't have ton get from home u did not say if u been sick or not but i guess not my sis takes shots to help her alg. keep do what u do.u will be fine
