how can i clear the history of recently seen one website in adressbar of internet explorer?

i have seen the one website and i want to delete this from my inernet adressbar without deleting the other sitenames so, how can i delete this from my adressbar ?

tools>internet options>clear history


if you want to go to sites without them appearing in the address bar, go to yahoo or google and search for them, then click on the link from the results. works like a charm

Than U do----------
Just click on "History" at the any internet page on standard buttons menu... u will have one window open "history" in left side of ur page than go with Arrow key and select the Site name which u want to delete and than press"delete" and ok.

Ucan look all the sites u have visited even till last week and this week day wise....and if u want than delete all history as other members have told u....with option of "clear history"..

I don't know how you can delete selective sites from history. So far as I know, it's all or nothing.

A way to get around this might be to go to the sites you want to keep and put them in Favorites or Bookmarks, then, delete all.

Its Very Simple Yaar Just Follow These Simple Steps:
Go To Control Panel
Double Click On Internet Opions
Now Click On General Tab
And Now Finally Click On Clear History Button

Go to the double arrows pointing right next to the house up on your toolbar and select "history." That will show you a list of the places you visited by day. Scroll down to the one you want and just delete it.

Right click on ur internet explorer icon then choose properties>>>>>There will be a option called Delete-Browsing history>>>>>click on that and press ok if asked for confirmation and ur done.

first open ur internet explorer then hold CTRl and H then look for the website u want to delete then right click then delete
