it has nothing to do with the color of their skin. are you trying to say that black people aren't clean? it has to do with being poor. i live in atlanta and the neighborhoods where affluent black people live is just as clean as where affluent white people live. the trailer parks here are just as noisy and dirty as the ghettos. you shouldn't judge by color of skin because that doesnt make a difference.
