No, perv would not be the correct term. The correct terminology would be pedophile.

If at 21 you are looking at 16 year olds as possible sex partners then you are well on your way to being a "perv" The only thing stopping you is the fear of jail and I hope that continues. There is a lot of difference in the emotional maturity between a 16 and an 18 year old.

One day when your older and have kids of your own,,, Your going to look back on this question and think "WOW I really was a Perv old man to be wanting 16 year olds!"
16 is just way to young... I really wish now that I would have waited until I was a lot older then that to start having sex. Age brings a lot of self realization.

Quite a few have requested you move to a country where the legal age of consent is 16. I believe most people here who are above the age of 16 would rather you move to a place like Iran, stay out of Mexico. They have enough problems without you adding to their problems. I prefer if you just leave the planet.
You ask who cares, Every parent and person who cares for the children of the world. As an adult, you have an obligation to protect children not abuse them.

Technically, the only statute that should bar this type of element from being criminal is M.G.L. c.272, sec. 4., which states that "Whoever induces somebody below 18 years of age of chaste existence to have unlawful sexual intercourse would be punished via imprisonment interior the state penal complex for no better than 3 years or in a penal complex or residing house of correction for no better than 2 and one-0.5 years or via a superb of no better than $a million,000 or via the two such fantastic and imprisonment." This has in basic terms been prosecuted as quickly as interior the state's historic previous, because it demands that the criminal use coercion of a few type to cajole a "chaste" (or abstinent) minor to have sexual intercourse with yet another minor. In different words, as long because it quite is consensual and not for this reason coercion or an abuse of potential, it would be criminal and not considered statutory rape as long as the two events are over sixteen.

If you're looking at kids as sex objects, you need to either go to counseling or leave the country and go some where thats legal. It's a big difference. I didn't know what I wanted at 16. I'm 21 and I'm still not sure.

No..most 16 year olds do not know enough to be responsible. Sex is more than a physical act..it carries a lot of emotions that can really wreck a young person

A line had to be drawn somewhere.I will agree that some adult molesting a five year old is a whole different Level of evil than an adult having consensual sex with a sixteen year old.
