why we blame others when we do mistake?

i dn't know why people blame others wen they do mistakes and tell others abt us ki we r like this, like that & bla bla bla.....

Pointing out mistakes may not be "blaming" but just "feedback". If the person committing the mistake knew it was a mistake he would have most likely not done it. Also, "feedback" will help the person avoid future mistakes. In this respect being "told" what went wrong though bitter may be useful if positively incorporated into ones life experience.
