I would change the moment that JFK was killed. I wasn't even alive at the time, but it seems so sad that a man that had a lot of great ideas to change the world couldn't live to see them come to fruition. I think the world lost a sense of innocence on that day and people's outlooks changed for the worse.

I would prevent the moment the continents split. I think the evolutionary implications would have been striking. This is likely most profound when pondering whether man would even have gotten the opportunity to evolve.

I am boring because I can now take my answer and twist it into any theory on whether or not the evolution of man was God's will. This is the place I always go to when talking philosophy.

I f i could change one moment in History t would be the moment when the Europeans thought it would be nice to convert the indians into christians. I would change this because i would like to see how our blend of cultures would be and the different activities we would have in our lives. I'm sure we would be more non-racist.

Modern history? The day the war started in Iraq. I would have done anything to stop it. I, along with millions of people around the planet, remained in horror as the rockets began flying. Probably the worst day of my life.

That included 9/11 even though I am a New Yorker who lost a lot that day.

Nothing in the past, cause it would throw the whole world off in so many ways. But starting right now, right at this moment and forever more, there would never be war or murder again anywhere on earth!

If I could change one moment in pre-history, it would be the moment our distant ancestors first picked up rocks and sticks and started throwing them at each other-- because we've been at war ever since.

I don't think there is a single event that would change the world for the better, so I'm going to have to be selfish and change one for myself.
I'd make my younger self rich, maybe with information from the future.
A list of lotto numbers...maybe.

Many people would say: Of course WORLD WAR 2!... but not me

even the worst of things happen because of mind and karma. If you were to change something it would be a part of a new karma in mind.

everything that happened, and if would be altered would emit a chain of difference to unstable for us.

So even if it were something like making someone like you to saving 100 of thousands of lives...its just not worth it...if it were possible.

The moment when Truman, waiting as if on cue, accepted Israel's declaration of statehood. So much misery, so may lives could have been spared.
