Dollar Store, or get something that brings back memories or inside jokes for my brother I got him wooden spoons, a locker and antibacterial hand soap. Also this site has some really good ideas: http://www.gifts.com/

Gift cards work for everything. If you know what your friends like, there's almost always a gift card for it. Candy also works - people love candy. Also, try getting a simple card for each of them. They'll appreciate that you took time to shop for them.

For girls you can get a little gift bag together with slippers, hair ties, lotion things like that. All things you can get at a dollar store.
