Can you help me with how to work torrents?

Hey guys!
I have downloaded a torrent music file on Shareaza (like Limewire, Kazza, etc) and what do I do now? How to I get the files? How do I hear all the songs? Can you help?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Get a bittorrent client like Azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/). Then run the file and it will open with Azureus.
