not silly but from the heart for you and your family or someone you love. not goodwill, peace on earth that is a given. i would wish
that people who beat thier children you know that kind of thing
would stop. i just wish my family could set down together and have one nice meal on christmas without being so mad at each other.

Here Here !! Definately have to agree with you on all of that. I wonder if people realise what they do to a childs self esteem when they treat them so badly. As far as the family goes, my daughter won't even be in the same room as my husband (her father) or my son (her brother) so it makes family get togethers at my place almost impossible. I like you would wish that everyone could get along and be happy. Surely that's not too much to ask. Or is it ?? I wish you peace and happiness and a very Merry Xmas.

I'd like that too. Just being able to have an enjoyable time together without someone yelling and then getting yelled at because they yelled ... it just never ends! If I had one wish it would be for everyone to be happy always. As I'm saying this, my younger son is yelling at my older son because 'You were the one who wouldn't shutup!!!'. Oh, the bliss. And I'm on two weeks' holiday. Should be interesting.
