Personally, I love them both, and I'm a sucker for double middle names. I wanted to give my son two middle names, but I got talked out of it. I was going to name him Elijah Alastair Nathaniel Brown, but now it's just Elijah Nathaniel Brown.
I really like your choices, and I love the following combinations. I hope this helps you in making your decision.

Alyssa Kinsley-Grace (if you prefer only one middle name, you can combine with the hyphen)
or you can mix and match as you see fit.
