I was just out on the road. We had freezing rain in good old Quebec today and I was out literaly stuck on ice for over 2 hours. It has been my worse experience since I have been driving, and I have been driving a very long time. It was awful and I'm still shaking from it. What would you do ....oh by the way, I have to go back out to pick up my son in the coming hour.

Just try to relax and unwind your body. Just relax every muscle in your body and think of a place that is your own special paradise and try to visualise it in your mind..Think that you made it today and that you are fine and you are over the danger and problems and just let go of every nerve and muscle in your body and think of that place how wonderful it is ....your paradise or what you percieve..i think this will help..Its helped me through really anxious moments..

First of all, take some deep breaths and remind yourself that you're OK. After you get your son home safely, take a nice relaxing bath. I hate freezing rain! I remember my school bus sliding off the road and the power being out for days from it when I lived back in New York! It should get better soon!

Pack up the car and the kids and the old man if he wants to
come along. Take a look at the map and find any major highway heading due South. Get in the car and drive a couple
of days and you're there. The land of sun and warm air.
When you get to the U.S. Border, just tell them you're going to
visit a sick aunt.
