Who has a better voice? Robert Smith or Morrissey?

Who do you think has the better, gothier, sexier voice? For me it is Robert Smith. Morrissey almost comes off as whiney to me sometimes, but Robert always sings like an angel.

for me, it really depends on the song.....robert is in top form when singing "love song"....morrissey is at his best when singing "you have killed me" or "how soon is now." both are 2 of my favorites, so it's pretty hard to choose.

I agree with you. Robert Smith. Yes, MOrrissey does sound whiney.Robert Smith rocks.
