Most over-the-counter hair removing creams say "avoid nipple-area" so that would be out. Maybe you could find a salon specializing in waxing and ask if it could be done. They often wax men's chests, including the nipple area.
But if you could afford it, I think laser removal would be your best/safest bet.
(Tweezing would be good, too, but if it is massive, it may be too time consuming.)

Sir, your questions are bally ridiculous, but the answers are hilarious. The naivety of some people has the tears running down my face. Your housekeeper is a slacker sir, replace her with a 15year old filly as soon as possible. She will work for under the minimum wage 14hours a day 6 days a week. And will live in to be on duty in the evenings, and Sundays..

Use tweezers and pull the hairs out. You should be hair free for about 3-4 weeks. Plus, only you see the area, so there's no embarrassment of going some where.

If you are susceptible to ingrown hairs avoid tweezing or waxing... those coarse hairs will cause you problems like an infection if they become ingrown.
Either shave them, trim them for now until you look into laser as previously stated.
Good Luck!
