No, it's not wrong to feel hurt. This is the type of situation that calls for brute force, though, not hurt feelings. Next time he oggles, hit him really hard with your purse or your shoe. Tell him if he finds other women so fascinating, then he needs to move out and explore what the universe has to offer, because he doesn't deserve you, a woman who loves him. Don't bluff. If he starts mouthing off, put his clothes and toiletries in a Hefty bag and put in on the front porch for him.
I don't know how old he is, but I can tell you that as he gets older, if he keeps oogling other women he is going to look like a pervert. You are doing him a favor by putting a stop to this, because if you don't, someone much meaner than you will. Make sure you tell him that as you are beating him with your handbag.

No, you are not wrong to feel this way. It is normal for a man to look at other women. God gave us eyes to see the beauty he created. Looking is not wrong, but the thoughts of being with her are. Does he love you, does he oogle at you, does he let you know you are the only woman in his life. If all areas of your relationship are in working order I would say, overlook it. If you are having problems then I would say it might be time to let him know how you feel. If he's a true man he will respect your wishes and will refrain from doing this in your presence. Out of your presence will be hard to control simply from what you already understand, it's normal.

oogle other guys the same way, flirt with them openly and see how he feels about that. give him a dose of his own medicine.
I used to date someone like that once, the funny thing was. we went for dinner and our waitress was this really hot blond girl. He kept oogling and flirting. but at the end of the night she asked ME OUT. SHE WAS GAY. oh it was awesome.
fight fire with fire.
dress sexy, good luck

he should be oogling you! tell him you want to redirect the oogling in your direction and ask him what he thinks you should do first to change that. but only ask if you are really willing to make changes. that should open up the dialogue but be careful not to let it slip into a fight

My guy does and I have stopped giving a ****!
I mean why?
He will do it anywyas, and he will be worse when I am not around.
Just give up on it, dont let it get to you.
Or you could oogle taller hotter men in front of him...when your husband talks to you in public and theres a hot guy...just say 'what hon?" and ignore him, make him feel what you do!

no I don't think your wrong! oogling is disrespectful. a natural glance at a pretty girl is normal. oogling to me is staring with attitude...explain to him that it is hurting your relationship and if he respects you he will stop.

No u are not wrong at all, he's wrong because if he's going to do it, he should not do this in front of u, we as women want our men to have eyes only for us! and he needs to control himself when u are around, of course u could try this yourself just to let him know how it feels it's worth it!!

I think it's very disrespecful. Some women don't care, but if you do I think you need to make it clear to your husband that you do not appreciate him doing that. You need to ask yourself if you're prepared to stay with him even if he doesn't stop. Good Luck.
