I've gone through the opposite. I went from being rather unattractive to being someone that men paid attention too and the way I am treated is a complete 180. I went from being overweight and invisible to men not very popular but with a few close friends to losing a ton of weight and all of a sudden literally (not to sound conceited but) I can't go anywhere without being stopped I've been let into clubs for free gotten free cab rides etc...I've even gotten more friends which surprises me because I didn't think women judged me based on my looks but I guess they did. It does feel strange because now I don't know wether people like me for me or if they are just being shallow. It's amazing to me how much looks effect people and even though its been 6 yrs now it still shocks me.

Yup, it's called acne, makes a real difference when you date or go looking for work, but there are no civil rights protections, you have zits, you get treated like crap, and then people try telling you that you don't understand what "discrimination" is. So either you get belligerent and hostile, or you just get dismissive of the intellect of the shallow, superficial people and choose to associate with the ones who accept people for what they are/behave as, not what they look like.

You think too much about how you look.
Before when you were "pretty" did you expect the public to look at you and accept it?
If you did, that is just plain weird.
As for you being not "good looking" anymore, if you truely are a nice person then it shouldnt matter to other people who are smart.

I have. It makes me feel bad. So far I haven't been treated differently by the general population. I don't get any attention from women I'm interested in any longer.

No one is as goodlooking when they get older than when they were young. Whatever the reason is that you don't turn as many heads as you use to is not important. Looks is the last thing anyone should judge you on; not that they should judge you anyway. It's what's inside that counts....really. Who you are is much more important than what you look like.

I cant answer your question yet, but after my diet and exercise pay off I will be able to tell you how much sexier I look compared to no when no one looks at me or gives me the time of day.
