At this point in history, we still have the right to express our opinion. This letter has not threatened the life of our president. However, one should note that it takes huge ones to do what W has done and continues to do for this country, regardless of the backlash. I guess the "fun times" cigar style of our previous president left big shoes to fill? What are we saying here, that it's okay to behave in an immoral manner but we can't stand up and protect our country from terrorist bullies? Please believe in and respect those who fight for your freedom to live, not just in your freedom to live immorally.

Naaa Joe, I don't think you would go to jail. However you should just keep calling G W Bush your President until the warm vomit that gets stuck in your throat goes away. The vomit is just your body rebelling against your disorganized thinking.
BTW Joe I'm a decent American so I would appreciate it if you leave me out of your letter to OUR PRESIDENT!
The enemies of America must be mighty proud of you Joe.

I don't think you would go to jail for a letter like that, as long as you're not making direct death threats. just be glad we live in a country where you can express your dislike for the president openly. try doing that in n. korea or iran

Not legally.... The 1st amendment protects that. However, this administration has done more then any other in history to stifle free speech. So I wouldn't count on the courts.
BTW, they do it with "anti terror" legislation.

Absolutely not. As long as he does not threaten the President, then his opinion is protected under the 1st amendment.

~I like your letter, but doubt that he cares about the many letters he gets like this, since he doesn't agree. If he doesn't agree with it, he wants no part of it.
Good luck and Merry Christmas~
