Whats success how do we measure this? success means a lot of money? good reputation? etc...

I believe peopel who are succesfull do know how to learn from their mistakes and help other´s being successfull. If the situation is constant movement of jobs, is because there is always something better to seek for.

Get the biography of any important successful personality you will see how they deal with change and how they help others feel confident even if there are short spans or short moments where losing confidence comes.

The word confidence is used often but rarely understood. I set about to deconstruct it, to understand what lies behind it. What is confidence anyway? Confidence is the expectation of success. When you expect success, you are willing to put in the effort to achieve it.

Sometimes it seems as if there are only two states of being: boom or bust. When things are up, it feels as if they will always be up. People come to believe they can succeed at anything they try. When things are down, it seems as if they will always be down. That's how depressed people feel. any person can be swept along by one of these fortunate or unfortunate cycles. What causes them to rise or to fall is often a matter of confidence. Confidence is the bridge connecting expectations and performance.

Above all, PUSH!

Abe Lincoln failed at many jobs, both regular and political. He is the best example I know to keep plugging away at something until success is achieved.
I always look to his experiences in order to get the courage and willpower to stand up and try something again.

The only failure is the person who never tries. Some things aren't meant to be, if a person isn't happy, why waste their life trying to do that job? "What you do is about who you are". Hang in there and keep looking for a job that you enjoy doing.

1.It happens with most of the persons, who are not able to apply their intelligence , courage , will power , patience, and other positive attributes which have been gifted to humanity.
2. Accept the failure when ever comes and search reasons behind it , overcome it and act with your courage ,will power ,patience , love to your seniors/peers, compassion to your juniors. This will take you at the hight for which you deserve.
